The School is pleased to announce that Mr Neoh Yi Xiang (MEG2307001) from Master in New Energy Science and Engineering has passed his viva voce with Minor Correction held on 19th November 2025.
Neoh defended his Master dissertation "Irradiation Induced Phase Separation Ionogels for Flexible Supercapacitor" or "辐照诱导相分离离子凝胶用于柔性超级电容器" under the supervision of Asst Prof. Dr Yvonne Choo Shuen Lann & Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tan Swee Tiam. His work has been published in high impact factor SCI-indexed journal:
In this viva, the Internal Examiner was Asst Prof. Dr Chong Woon Gie and the External Examiners were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Woi Pei Meng (University of Malaya) & Dr. Cindy Tan Soo Yun (UiTM, Sarawak). The Chair was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gan Wee Chen and the secretary was Ms. Najah Aliah.
