Research Interests

My research interests lie at the field of chemical engineering and sustainable technology with a focus on natural product processing, extraction and purification of bioactive compounds. I am passionate about exploring innovative, eco-friendly, sustainable extraction and purification methods that preserve the beneficial properties of bioactive compounds derived from natural sources and at the same time minimize environmental impact. Through the use of mathematical modelling and optimization techniques, it is aimed to design efficient extraction and separation technology that yield high-purity bioactive compounds while minimizing energy consumption and waste generation.

In addition, my research extends to the study of water and sustainable water treatment systems. I am dedicated to understanding water quality, treatment processes and developing environmental-friendly water treatment technologies. I strive to contribute to the advancement of sustainable water management practices, ensuring access to safe and clean water while minimizing environmental impact.

Overall, my research endeavors seek to promote greener and more sustainable practices in natural product processing and water treatment, ultimately leading to positive impacts on human health and the planet`s well-being.
